You are willing to become a shareholder?

You have two choices if you wish to become a Groupe Gorgé shareholder: to be a bearer shareholder or a registered shareholder.

Becoming a bearer shareholder

If you wish to become a "bearer" shareholder, your shares will be managed by the financial intermediary of your choice.

If you already hold Prodways Group shares in bearer form, you may request the transfer of your Prodways Group shares to "pure registered" or "administered registered" status from your financial intermediary and send him the completed form that you will find on page 18 of the Guide for holders of pure registered shares.
Becoming a registered shareholder

If you wish to become a registered shareholder, you will be identified by the issuing company, Groupe Gorgé.

There are two forms of nominative:

Administered registered shares

The shares are registered with Prodways Group, but the bank chosen by the shareholder manages them.
Pure registered shares

Prodways Group holds and manages the shares directly. You benefit from the advantages of Prodways Group.
- Free custody fees
- A personal invitation to the General Assembly
- Direct receipt of the dividend
- Sending the letter to shareholders to your home
- Double voting rights after 2 years of continuous registered ownership
